LaTanya Baker, Adv. CD/PCD/PDT (DONA) is the mother of two, founder and CEO of Baker Girls Beauty, Relaxation & Recovery Retreat LLC. And a proud member of the National Black Doula Association. LaTanya grew up right here in Hinesville, Georgia, and has always valued and demanded transparency, selflessness, and hustle. LaTanya's compassion for her community and the people in it, have always driven her career path. From jobs within hospitality, to launching a female family owned and operated day spa/wellness retreat company. LaTanya has a remarkable compassion for what she does to assist women in their prenatal journey, or people in general in their healing journey, but her amazing ability and desire to make others feel GOOD, far surpasses anything else about her. At 46 LaTanya is proudly living in her life's purpose, and has definitely found her calling. She looks forward to offering you an exceptional wellness/support service soon.

What is a Doula? A doula is a professional labor assistant trained to advise, inform, and offer emotional and physical comfort and support to a mother and father before, during, and after the birth of their child. At Baker Girls we design a comfortable, relaxing healing session for every expecting and postpartum mother who graces our retreat.
60 Minute Prenatal Massage (20+weeks)
Prenatal massage can help reduce stress, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pain, and improve labor outcomes.
90 Minute Prenatal Massage (20+weeks)
Prenatal massage can help reduce stress, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pain, and improve labor outcomes.
Belly Facial (add-on service)
A This treatment is for the belly of expectant mothers. It uses gentle exfoliation and a high concentration of barrier repair oils to maximize skin strength, moisturize and increase elasticity to prevent stretch marks, and relieves dryness, discomfort and itchiness.
Prenatal Brazilian Wax (add-on service)
This treatment is a hair removal process, simply put a Brazilian Wax Session designed for first time waxing expecting moms. This session is designed to provide a total hair removal from front to back and relieves dryness, discomfort and itchiness.
Belly & Facial Combo (add-on service)
This treatment is for the face and belly of expectant mothers. It uses gentle exfoliation and a high concentration of barrier repair oils to maximize skin strength, moisturize and increase elasticity to prevent stretch marks, and relieves dryness, discomfort and itchiness.
30 Minute Postpartum Session (call to schedule)
After pregnancy, a postpartum massage and womb warming session can help increase circulation and lymphatic drainage so that the body can effectively process excess fluid and restore balance.

45 Minute Postpartum Session (call to schedule)
After pregnancy, a postpartum massage and womb warming session can help increase circulation and lymphatic drainage so that the body can effectively process excess fluid and restore balance. This session includes both massage and body buffing to help with skin retraction on the upper body only.

60 Minute Postpartum Session
After pregnancy, a postpartum massage and womb warming session can help increase circulation and lymphatic drainage so that the body can effectively process excess fluid and restore balance. This session includes a full body massage with heat & weighted treatment, stretching, as well as meditation. (Sunrise Session 7:30-10:00 am)
90 Minute Postpartum Session
After pregnancy, a postpartum massage and womb warming session can help increase circulation and lymphatic drainage so that the body can effectively process excess fluid and restore balance. This session includes a detox body wrap, tea tree yoni cleanse, extensive heat treatment, and meditation.

45 Minute Couples Postpartum Session (call to schedule)
After pregnancy, a postpartum massage and womb warming session can help increase circulation and lymphatic drainage so that the body can effectively process excess fluid and restore balance. This session includes a deep tissue upper body massage with extensive heat treatment, and meditation. Turn this experience into a quality time session for the both of you by adding a downtime session.

Single Lamaze Class (call to schedule)
Lamaze classes provide you more confidence in coping and working through labor. We teach techniques to deal with pain management during labor and how to have a calmer birthing experience. There are also classes that are referred to commonly as birthing classes.
Couples Lamaze Class (call to schedule)
Lamaze classes provide you more confidence in coping and working through labor. We teach you both team techniques to deal with pain management during labor and how to have a calmer birthing experience. There are also classes that are referred to commonly as birthing classes.

Labor Assist (call to schedule)
This includes up to 24 hours of physical, emotional and informational support in person at your chosen place of birth, during active labor and the immediate postpartum period.
Additional Labor Assist
For Labors that exceed the 14 hour period of physical, emotional and informational support in person at your place of birth, during active labor and the immediate postpartum period.
Postpartum Home Care Assist (call to schedule)
This includes up to 8 hours of physical, emotional and informational support in person at your home, after labor and well into the immediate postpartum period. Services may include light housekeeping, childcare for older siblings, feeding assistance, infant care and, in some cases, physical care for mothers recovering from delivery.
