A four-hand massage session involves two massage therapists working in synchronization on one client to provide a deep, immersive, and highly relaxing therapeutic experience. The therapists use coordinated, slow movements to apply oil and knead muscles, which can quickly relieve tension and stress, making the session feel like two full-body massages at once. This style of massage originated from ancient Ayurvedic practices and is often more expensive than a standard massage because it requires the time and skill of two therapists.

This package is designed to reduce the stress in your body, by targeting the following areas. 30 Minutes of Deep Tissue Massage on the neck, back & shoulders, 10 minutes of Scalp Massage & 20 minutes with Hot Stones dedicated to those tired Feet. We end this session with 15 additional minutes of weighted rest.

Sole & Heal Retreat (75min)

This extravagant leg & foot pampering service is designed to give those tired legs & feet some much-needed relief!! During this 60-minute session, smooth, heated stones are used to massage both the legs & feet. Once we massage all the stress, a hydrating foot mask treatment is applied to the feet, followed by more heat treatment. We end this session with lower-body stretching.

Signature Relaxation Retreats (Individual Spa Packages)
