Booking Deposits

Online Booking & over the phone Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule an appointment, Deposits can be transferred to a different appointment date/time. This change is allowed only once per deposit and requires a 24-48 hour notice. Same-day appointment cancellations will need to be rescheduled by the client on our website or over the phone. Please Read Before Purchasing

Before purchasing a gift certificate, please note the following important details:

🕒 Validity Period: All gift certificates are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.
📅 Expiration Policy:
As of January 1, 2024, we will no longer accept expired gift certificates of any kind under any circumstances.
🔁 Transfer Policy: Gift certificates are non-refundable, but may be transferred back to the purchaser as long as the certificate has not expired.
✅ Usage Reminder: Please confirm that the intended recipient can use the gift certificate within 60 days before purchasing. All purchasers must fill out a form regarding the 60-day expiration policy before making a purchase.
